ABOUT THE AUTHOR
John R. Cionca
John R. Cionca is the executive director of Ministry Transitions, Inc. He also holds the position of professor of ministry leadership at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Cionca has served in full-time capacities as a youth pastor, minister of discipleship and lead pastor. He has also ministered in many churches as an interim pastor and transitions coach. John has authored, co-authored and edited eight books, his most recent works being Before You Move: A Guide to Making Transitions in Ministry and Dear Pastor: Ministry Advice from Seasoned Pastors.
LEONARD G. GOSS
Leonard G. Goss lede editorial efforts at B&H PublishingGroup, Crossway Books, Zondervan Publishing House/HarperCollins Publishers, Mott Publishers, and the Evangelical Book Club. He began his publishing career with John Wiley & Sons, and now with his wife operates GoodEditors.com. Leanard is the author of several books about good writing and style guides for writing manuscripts. His own faith story is included in the books Mere Christians and In Their Own Words.
